Dr. Clemens Overlack
Clemens is a medical doctor by training and worked for several years as a clinician. He spent two years at the Boston Consulting Group before moving into the pharmaceutical industry where he joined Welding GmbH in Hamburg.
Here he held several executive roles in quality affairs, API sourcing and sales. He joined TIEFENBACHER API & INGREDIENTS in 2023, where he is mainly responsible for business development into emerging markets and for quality assurance.
Clemens lives in Hamburg, is married and a father of two.
Frank Tettinger
Frank began his career in the international pharmaceutical Industry in 1992. He then held several operation and execution positions in Sales and Marketing of APIs with international groups and pharmaceutical companies such as Siegfried Group and Welding. Frank originally joined the company in 2003 as a sales manager, and over the years assumed positions of increasing responsibility. In 2008, he was promoted to lead Sales Director, responsible for the company’s operating API sales division for Europe. Frank was appointed as managing director of TIEFENBACHER API + INGREDIENTS in June 2022, where he led the company’s strategy and portfolio management initiatives and managed all business development activities.
Frank is married and a father of two.
Oliver Schrader
Oliver spent the vast majority of his global career in the branded consumer goods industry. Besides leading functions in marketing and sales he served as managing director of German Dax and skin care company Beiersdorf in Ukraine, South Africa and North America. Oliver joined TIEFENBACHER API in 2016 and is responsible for business development and quality management.
Oliver is married and a father of three.
